Registraion Guidelines

Registration Period: Thursday, October 27, 2022, 8:00 AM (PDT) – November 2, 2022, 8: 00 PM (PDT)  (only 1 week)

As you know, KSEA Seattle has helped to host KSEA NWRC + KOCSEA + Changbal 2022 from November 12, 2022 (Saturday), 8:30 AM (PST) to November 13, 2022, 1 PM (PST), for 1.5 days. Due to the hotel’s preparation and member support, no on-site registration is allowed.

Registration Guidelines

• Registration is only allowed for KSEA members of chapters in the northwest. Therefore, you must use your KSEA ID for registration.

• The conference supports the following:
  • Discounted registration fee ($200)
  • Partial travel support (KSEA travel policy)
  • Two nights hotel stay
  • Two meals (lunch and gala dinner)
  • Coffee, drink, wine, and beer
  • Discounted parking coupon (prepurchase request only)
• The conference does not support the following:
  • No breakfast, except for volunteers and non-Seattle YG members
  • No internet support in the conference rooms
  • No snacks during the coffee breaks
  • No free parking. Instead, you can request the purchase of your discounted parking coupon.
